What.

The "Billing to" value from AdminPulse is not currently available through the API. Once this data does become accessible, the following dashboard enhancements can be implemented:

1. Budget monitoring.

Extended budget consumption calculation.

• Currently budget consumption is only calculated based on direct registrations on the relationship to the budget

• With "Billing to" functionality, registrations from linked relationships can also be included

• This results in a complete overview of the actual budget usage, including work performed via other relations but invoiced on the same budget

2. Profitability monitoring

Centralized billing analysis

• Registrations are always logged on individual relationships, but billing can be centralized through the "Billing to" relationship

• The system will be able to group and analyze registrations based on the actual billing relationship

• This will give a more accurate picture of the actual profitability per billing relationship

3. Data quality

Improvement of billing schedule verification

• The system will check if a relationship is linked to a "Billing to" relationship.

• When this link exists, the error message "Billing schema missing" will not be displayed

• This prevents false positives for relationships billed through another relationship
